Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026 · Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Stratax Health Partners ("Stratax," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit https://www.strataxhealthpartners.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us through the Site, including by submitting our contact form or scheduling a discovery call.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information exchanged during a signed client engagement, which is governed separately by the terms of that engagement and any applicable business associate or confidentiality agreement.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly: your name, email address, organization name, organization type, phone number (if provided), and the content of any message you submit through our contact form or in direct correspondence with us.
  • Scheduling information: if you book a discovery call, that booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider (currently Google Calendar's appointment scheduling feature), which collects the information you enter directly into that tool under its own privacy terms.
  • Automatically collected information: like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, generally in aggregate or pseudonymous form.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: the Site may use essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What We Do Not Collect

This Site is an informational and lead-generation website for a healthcare operations and strategy consulting firm. We do not use this Site to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, and we ask that you not submit patient information, medical records, or other PHI through our contact form. Information exchanged during an active client engagement is governed by that engagement's separate agreement, which may include HIPAA business associate terms where applicable to the scope of work.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and follow up on discovery call requests.
  • To communicate with prospective and current clients about our services.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our email delivery provider (Resend) and scheduling provider (Google Calendar), each of which processes information under its own privacy terms.
  • If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Stratax, our clients, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make such a request, contact us using the information below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so no opt-out of sale is required.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including our scheduling and social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
