Meet Jennifer McClure, RN, MSN, MBA, NE-BC, CHC

Founder & Principal Consultant

Jennifer McClure's career reflects a rare combination: deep clinical grounding paired with senior executive leadership experience. Her progression from registered nurse to board-certified nurse executive gave her a first-hand view of how operational dysfunction erodes clinical care, long before it ever shows up on a financial statement.

An MBA sharpened that clinical instinct into financial and strategic fluency — equipping her to translate frontline operational reality into the language of margin, growth, and governance that boards and ownership groups act on.

She founded Stratax Health Partners after watching the same pattern repeat across organization after organization: talented clinicians and committed staff, undermined by operating systems that were never designed to support them. Stratax exists to close that gap — with discipline, not another binder of recommendations.

“Strong clinical talent shouldn't have to fight weak operating systems to deliver great care.”
Jennifer McClure, Founder & Principal Consultant of Stratax Health Partners

Our Mission, Vision, and Values

Mission

We partner with healthcare organizations to build the operational discipline, financial clarity, and leadership strength required to perform at their full potential — because better-run organizations deliver better care.

Vision

To be the trusted strategic partner behind a new standard of healthcare performance — one where operational rigor, financial strength, and strong leadership are built to last long after our work is done.

Values

Candor

We tell clients the truth, even when it's not what they want to hear. Trust is built through honesty about what's working, what isn't, and what it will actually take to fix it.

Discipline

We rely on structured methodology, not instinct or guesswork. Every recommendation is grounded in data, tested frameworks, and a clear line of sight to measurable outcomes.

Partnership

We work alongside leadership teams, not above them. Our role is to strengthen your organization's capability — not to create dependence on ours.

Sustainability

We design solutions built to outlast the engagement. Success isn't a report handed off at the end — it's a system, culture, and team equipped to sustain results independently.

Accountability

We hold ourselves to the same outcomes we ask of our clients — measuring our impact against clear, agreed-upon results, not just effort or activity, from the first week of an engagement to the last.

Purpose

We never lose sight of what operational metrics represent: patient outcomes, staff wellbeing, and the people an organization exists to serve. Every recommendation is weighed against that responsibility.

How We Work With Healthcare Leaders

01

Assess

We start by understanding what's actually happening — not what the org chart says should be happening. Process observation, data review, and direct conversations with your team surface the real root causes.

02

Design

We build a disciplined, prioritized plan grounded in Lean Six Sigma methodology and financial reality — sequenced around what will create the most impact soonest.

03

Sustain

We transfer capability to your team as we go, so improvement holds after the engagement ends — through documented processes, trained leaders, and a culture built to reinforce the change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Jennifer McClure is a healthcare executive with a clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse, advanced to nursing executive leadership as a Board Certified Nurse Executive (NE-BC), and holds an MBA for financial and strategic fluency. She founded Stratax Health Partners after seeing the same pattern across organizations: strong clinical talent undermined by weak operating systems.

CHC stands for Certified in Healthcare Compliance — a credential signaling formal training and demonstrated expertise in healthcare regulatory and governance standards. It reflects the governance rigor Stratax brings to every engagement, particularly in financial and operational recommendations.

Most engagements involve a combination of both. On-site work supports process observation, leadership development, and stakeholder alignment, while remote work supports analysis, planning, and ongoing check-ins. We tailor the balance to what each engagement requires.

Stratax works with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and multi-site physician practices of varying size — from single-site organizations solving a focused operational problem to multi-site platforms scaling through growth or acquisition.
